What to expect
Your WHM Fundamentals workshop at Flow of Life
You will find yourself in a secluded, lush green garden with a small group of people who are all motivated to stand the cold and get the most out of this experience.
​
Each session starts with breathing exercises, and after that, you are prepped to take a plunge in the ice bath. I will guide, support, and enable you to be comfortable during the breathing exercises and in ice-cold water. You can then warm up in the tropical garden, using some of the equipment provided or having a hot coffee or tea. A healthy breakfast or lunch completes the overall experience.

You will be guided by a certified WHM instructor who keeps an eye on your state of mind and your body's response. Flow of Life respects your well-being and will never force you to engage in unwanted activities.

Workshop duration
Flow of Life offers morning Fundamentals workshops of (2-3 hours) and morning/afternoon workshops (4-5 hours).

You will receive a link to the location via email.
Workshop preparation
For health and safety reasons, you will need to complete a health declaration form prior to attending. We kindly ask you to be present and sign in at least 10-15 minutes before the session starts.
​
Complementary food
A healthy breakfast or lunch is included in your session, depending on the workshop timings.

What to bring?
Please bring a towel, bathing clothes, flip-flops, a bottle of water, your health declaration, and a set of comfortable clothes.
