Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before you start to use our website (flowoflife.ae) and before booking any services through our website. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website, and all services available throughout the website, such as classes, training courses, and coaching sessions. By using our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and that you agree to comply with them.

Flow of Life’s services: Terms & Conditions

Before you book a session on our website, you will be asked to consent to our “Privacy Policy" and to agree with our “Liability Waiver”. If you have consented, or once you do consent to the terms of the “Privacy Policy & Liability Waiver” together with these Terms & Conditions, the information contained herein constitutes the entire agreement between site users and our company relating to the use of this website.

Pricing, classes, packages and payments

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED)
All payments, once processed, are non-refundable with no exceptions.
Special events, like courses and workshops, are not included in packages or memberships.
Special events are not refundable but are transferable to another person if you can’t attend. You are responsible for finding someone to replace you.
Classes will be closed for entry 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. No refund will be given to people who arrive late.
The information displayed on the website related to pricing and service availability is subject to change by Flow of Life happy lifestyle LLC without notice.
Flow of Life happy lifestyle LLC reserves the right to periodically review their prices and fees, and implement these accordingly.

Online bookings

Pre-booked classes must be paid for in advance.
In case of a no-show or late cancellation, your session will not be credited or refunded.
If the online booking is paid by debit or credit card, you authorize Flow of life happy lifestyle LLC to debit the card provided by you.

Personal data provided

The Personal Data which you are required to provide when you book a session on our website is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects; and
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.

Use and disclosure of information

We do not sell, trade or rent your personally identifiable information collected on the site to others. The information collected by our site is used to process & confirm your booking, to keep you informed about your order status, to notify you of special offers that may be of interest to you, and for statistical purposes for improving our site.

Flowoflife.ae takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security through various hardware and software methodologies. However, no security measure or modality of data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Although we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Flowoflife.ae is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties, different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. We strongly suggest reviewing such third party’s privacy policies before providing any data to them.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation & refunds policy is in line with the policy of Innerfire B.V. (the Wim Hof Method booking platform): In the case of cancellation, participants must pay 50% of the total amount due, provided the cancellation is communicated in writing at least 7 days prior to start of the activity. Cancellation requests submitted less than 7 days before start of the activity do not qualify for reimbursement.
In the case of cancellation due to illness or death of a close family member, participants are not required to meet the 7-day notice stipulation, provided an official document certifying said illness or death is provided. Failing this, participants do not qualify for a refund.
In the case of a cancellation, the initial participant may transfer his or her reservation to
another suitable candidate. The replacement must fulfil all the original criteria for participation (including all prerequisites).
Cancellations and/or transfer of reservations must be confirmed in writing by the participant as well as the WHM Instructor to Innerfire B.V. (Wim Hof Method booking platform).
We require that you sign into the session a minimum of 5 minutes before the session starts. If you arrive 15 minutes after the session has started, you will not be able to attend the session and this will be treated as a late cancellation.

Refund Policy

We do not offer a by default refund to payment method for services booked, in case there is no reason for the cancellation from our end. In case of cancellation of a purchased service from our end, refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Errors or inaccuracies

To the best of our knowledge, the information provided on our website and in our program materials is accurate and correct. Flow of Life happy lifestyle LLC accepts no liability for any errors or omissions in the information or any consequences arising from the use of the information provided on flowoflife.ae or in materials related to our services. Flow of Life happy lifestyle LLC gives no warranties, express or implied, as to its correctness or completeness.

Warranties disclaimer

We make no warranties to our programs, products, services, or program materials. You agree that programs, products, services, or program materials are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied.
To the fullest extent permissible according to applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of our program, product, or services materials, or on third-party websites in terms of their correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or otherwise.

Indemnity

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our employees and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Terms & Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website, and all services available throughout the website, such as classes, training courses, and coaching sessions, or the use by any other person accessing the website using your account and/or your personal information.

All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the design and content of this website are and will remain the property of Flow of Life happy lifestyle LLC. You are permitted to download the website or parts of it only for personal use. Commercial use, including duplication and modification, is prohibited.

We reserve the right to

modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and/or
change the Terms & Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Terms & Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms & Conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.

Compliance with laws

The website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the website and any transactions conducted on or through the website.

Law

These Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy are governed by and construed in accordance with and governed with the applicable laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre. Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, or relating to any non-contractual or other obligation arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the consequences of its nullity, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Dubai International Financial Centre Judicial Authority (the "DIFC Courts"). The language to be used in the proceedings shall be English. The decision of the DIFC Courts will be final and binding upon the Parties and will be capable of enforcement in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each of the parties irrevocably (i) submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of the DIFC Courts and (ii) waives any objection which it may have at the time to laying of venue, waives any claim as to inconvenient forum, and waives the right to object that any such court does not have jurisdiction over such parties.
