I understand that breathwork, ice baths & NLP coaching includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation and muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be eliminated. I understand that breathwork, ice baths & NLP Coaching are not substitutes for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Breathwork, ice baths & NLP Coaching are not recommended and are not safe under certain medical conditions. By accepting or signing, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such activities. In addition, I will make the coach aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before the session. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice breathwork, ice baths & NLP coaching, and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Flow of Life happy lifestyle LLC.

Always apply the Wim Hof Method (WHM) techniques in a safe environment. As with all physical activities, application of the WHM and any related practices entails some degree of physical and mental risk. Be cognizant of your own capabilities and limits, both physical and mental, and act accordingly. Never conduct the taught WHM-related activities in places where losing consciousness is extremely dangerous (e.g. in water, whilst driving, etc.).

Flow of Life happy lifestyle LLC is not a licensed medical care provider it does not render personal medical advice or treatment and has no expertise in advising on, diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind. I acknowledge and agree that when participating in any breathwork & ice bath session, workshop, or coaching session, there may be the possibility of detoxification symptoms or physical injury, and I assume the risk and responsibility for any such result. 

 

Flow of Life happy lifestyle LLC is not in any way responsible for any loss or damage to my personal property. I am voluntarily participating in the services of Flow of Life happy lifestyle LLC, including but not limited to: stretching, breathwork, ice baths & NLP coaching. I am participating in the activity entirely at my own risk, I am aware of the risks associated, with travelling to and from as well as participating in this activity, which may include, but are not limited to, physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, economic or emotional loss, and death. I understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others’ negligence, conditions related to travel, or the condition of the activity location. Nonetheless, I assume all related risks, both known or unknown to me, of my participation in this activity, including travel to, from, and during the activity. 

 

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flow of Life happy lifestyle LLC against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf. 

 

I acknowledge that any activity I register to participate in at Flow of Life happy lifestyle LLC may involve a test of a person’s physical and mental limits and may carry with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks may include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, lack of hydration, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, and actions of others, including but not limited to, participants, volunteers, and coaches of the event. 

 

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this “Liability Waiver” and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I expressly agree to release and discharge Flow of Life happy lifestyle LLC and assign from any and all claims or causes of action and I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring legal action against Flow of Life happy lifestyle LLC for personal injury or property damage. 

 

In the event that I should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance.
